First up – if you went overboard this weekend…you still need to eat today! To overindulge at the weekend and then be super-restrictive on Monday is not a good idea…the “diet” doesn’t always start on a Monday!
That said…do you find that you nail your nutrition goals Monday-Thursday and even up to Friday afternoon?
Then, every Friday around 5pm, when you start to switch off from the working week, “rules” start to fade into the background and eating becomes a free for all.
You are not alone – many people find that their weight loss goals are sabotaged when their weekend becomes their “weak end”.
