About Chan

I’m Chan and I can help you achieve your weight loss goals. I grappled with diet culture for over 30 years. I went through years of restriction, being “on-plan” and “off-plan” until eventually, I saw the light. I realised I was being duped by the narrative around weight loss and chose to get educated and achieved a qualification in Nutrition and Weight Management. Using this and my personal experience, I’m successfully helping my clients, who have been “dieting” forever without success, to find a better way to lose weight.

Here's How it Works...

Where Are We Now?

In order to establish a baseline, and help me get a sense of your situation, lifestyle, and goals, I ask my clients to fill out a brief questionnaire. This, alongside dietary analysis, is how I build a picture of you and I can start to build out your plan.

Where Do We Want To Go?

After the questionnaire, we will have a full consultation, roughly 90 minutes, to establish goals, specific or general, and start a plan of how to reach them.

How Are We Going To Get There?

Personalised nutrition targets, practical actions and suggested eating routines which are in line with your goals are agreed upon at the initial consultation.

Enjoy The Journey!

Daily Support and Weekly check-ins allow me to monitor progress and fine-tune the programme. I work with you to tailor your plan around your nutritional preferences. Behaviour change coaching also helps to break habits and build new sustainable processes. We also have a community of people on the same journey, to offer guidance and advice, with our WhatsApp group!

Pricing

You will be charged monthly for twelve weeks of tailored coaching. The cost will be bespoke to you and your plan.
A discount applies if you pay the total amount in advance.

Important Information

Rather than "diets" and "plans", we instead focus on flexibility, health and building sustainable practices, empowering you to feel in control, while achieving your goals. No foods are "off-limits" or "bad". We instead provide your with the knowledge and the structure to make sure you never have to go on a restrictive, tedious diet ever again.
